Pancakes senza glutine


INGREDIENTI (8 pancakes)

  • 125 gr GranoZero Pane, Pizza e Dolci
  • 2 uova
  • 1 cucchiaino lievito per dolci (baking powder)
  • 150 ml latte o latte vegetale

PREPARAZIONE

Riscaldare una padella antiaderente.

In una bowl inserire tutti gli ingredienti e mescolarli bene con una frusta.

Nella padella versare un cucchiaio abbondante di impasto e farlo cucinare finché non scoppiettano le bolle sulla superficie e il contorno inizia ad asciugarsi.

Girare il pancake e cucinare l'altro lato finché raggiunge un colore dorato scuro.

INGREDIENTS (8 pancakes)

  • 125 gr GranoZero Pane, Pizza e Dolci
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml milk or dairy free milk

METHOD

Preheat a large, non-stick frypan.

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk until just combined.

In the pan pour a large spoon of batter and cook it until bubbles burst on the surface and the edges start to get dry.

Turn the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
