We are really proud of our very latest product: we called it PRIMITIVA because we have rediscovered a fine selection of wheat, with high fibre content and rich in protein, and we have perfected a new blending and milling technique. Available in three varieties of type 1, type 2 and wholemeal, it is ideal for short, medium and long leavening in bread making / baked confectionery / pizzas. The taste and aroma released during processing and sampling are guaranteed by top quality raw materials and expert processing.
