The "pinsa romana" term comes from the latin "pinsere", that means "to stretch", verb that explains the typical shape of this amazing roman product which has an oval shape. Tasty, crunchy, and more digestible than a normal pizza, beacuse of its softer dough. The new mix "pala e pinsa" is perfect to get a product that has a crunchy crust and it's soft inside, very tasty and digestible. Indicated for medium/long leavening time and high hydration.
