The Atelier was created to provide a real-life experience of the world of Pasini:
a state-of-the-art professional laboratory and multimedia room equipped with the latest technology, a place for sharing knowledge, but also a pleasant, attractively designed space, furnished with pieces of design furniture carefully selected to be both functional and attractive.
Visitors here find the entire Molino Pasini world and all of the passion that burns within us, along with masterpieces by true contemporary design masters like Magistretti, Castiglioni and Saarineen.
We use the atelier to train our sales force, to work with chefs, pastry chefs and bread makers of national importance, and to accommodate our customers and co-workers in a modern, comfortable space, offering the opportunity to handle and test our products.
Add to that our masterclasses, special lessons on a specific theme, with top experts in the field.
And for those who can't come to us, we organise training events and sessions in numerous locations in Italy.
