Properties

Wholemeal Primitiva BIO (Organic) is made from certified organic soft wheat, 100% of Italian origin.

This flour is entirely wholemeal and can be used to make pastries, pizzas and bread: from croissants to sweet or savoury short crust pastry, excellent wholemeal cakes, crispy wholemeal pizzas, large loaves and Italian focaccia, “Ciabatta” and “Francesini”. Unlike other types of wholemeal flours, Primitiva is elastic, easy to knead and offers excellent absorption. In order to obtain a product rich in fibres and unique in terms of absorption, Molino Pasini uses only top-quality grains obtained by grinding the whole kernel. The final product preserves its organoleptic properties even when frozen.
