NEW INSTANT DRY YEAST – Brewer’s yeast (saccharomyches cerevisae) “Nuage” .
“Nuage” Instant dry yeast activates himself at ambient temperature meanwhile the the normal dry yeast should be dissolved in warm water at 28°C.
“Nuage” Instant dry yeast could be straight mixed with the flour and in case of “frozen dough” the restarting will be immediate.
Vacuum-packaging of 500 gr.
