Three generations, 100 years of history, the art of making flour ingrained in our DNA. Molino Pasini is a flour milling company specialising in producing top-quality soft wheat flours, expressly made for end users (artisanal producers, wholesalers and retailers) and producers working for the food industry. Drawing on artistic expressions for the values of modernity, maximum technical precision and attention to detail, the company perfect represents the Italian art of expertise, so widely appreciated abroad and much celebrated in Italy. Raw materials have always been our main focus: the wheat kernels used are carefully selected all over the world. Once delivered to the company, they are analysed and identified by our efficient, modern in-house research and development laboratory, where quality checks are performed. The new flour milling system, a state-of-the-art, fully-automated design, processes homogenous wheat blends, from which constantly high quality flours are extracted. Bread making, fresh pasta, pizza and baked confectionery are the sectors with specialised product lines. The company can also customize any type of flour, to meet specific requirements or needs. At the end of processing and packaging, and once laboratory checks on all flours - even those leaving the factory - are completed, all deliveries are made with our own fleet, operating in controlled conditions and guaranteed hygiene. Our factory is located in Cesole, in Mantua province, where art has always been of prime importance and where you can admire well-known pieces of Renaissance art. 'The art of making flour', the company's chosen claim, is inspired by this strategic location. A nationwide network has extended from here across Italy. We also export to more than 40 countries. Work does not stop with our product: specialist technicians provide customers with a flour quality advisory service, with information on flour usage and which types suit various production sectors. They can also provide customer support during the flour transformation process, to settle all doubts. From the choice of a new colour palette, to the simplified, more iconic logo, from emotional video content where the flour is a model and becomes a true artistic subject, to the choice of an internal workshop furnished with pieces of design furniture, the signature style has a strong identity: this flour is unique, both inside and out.


A new mill for new performance

The new Molino Pasini factory combines quantity and high quality, with the inauguration of the brand new milling plant, entirely designed by Bühler and completely automated by ASB. The new state-of-the-art mill has allowed our company to increase production capacity from 2,000 to 3,500 quintals per day, processing homogenous wheat blends, from which consistently excellent quality flours are extracted. Another brand new innovation was the introduction of top-performing giant Bühler SIRIUS plansifters, the first to be installed in Italy in a soft wheat milling factory. These plansifters ensure total hygiene in the sifting process, preventing mould formation and all phenomena that threaten product safety. Bühler, industry leader of this range, also installed new, longer rolling mills, for more constant milling, which yields flour with the right strength and increased elasticity. Added to this is our well-equipped. fully-automated research and development laboratory, one of the most technically advanced in the industry.
