The attention to quality of flours is undoubtedly the distinguishing mark of Molino Pasini’s production philosophy; a quality that the company is able to keep high and constant for all its products over time.
At the root of this result is the precise choice to aim at a policy favouring the needs of customers increasingly attentive to qualitative standards.
 Molino Pasini guarantees control and compliance with cleanliness standards thanks to the special attention always paid to this issue and the application of a strict monitoring plan (HACCP). The rheologic characteristics of flours remain constant and deliveries are accompanied by certificates of conformity to specifications and certificates attesting the success of the analysis of products, guaranteed by Molino Pasini's laboratory.
 A culmination of a policy always oriented to quality, Molino Pasini in 1997 has been certified UNI EN ISO 9002, now adapted to the standards Vision 2000, which involves a strict monitoring and compliance with the hygienic conditions under the strict rules dictated by HACCP.
The company is also certified by the Consortium for the Control of Biological Products in Bologna for the production of flour obtained by Organic farming.
In March 2011 we are up to obtain the new certification according to the IFS and BRC.
 Molino Pasini offers customers asking for it an advisory service on the quality of flours, their use and the most appropriate typologies to be used in the different production sectors. Technicians may also assist customers during the processing of flours in order to solve any possible problem.
