Production takes place in a modern factory alongside which a new productivity unit has recently been added where highly technological procedures are carried out. Molino Pasini guarantees control and compliance with cleanliness standards thanks to the special attention always paid to this issue and the application of a strict monitoring plan (HACCP). The rheologic characteristics of flours remain constant and deliveries are accompanied by certificates of conformity to specifications and certificates attesting the success of the analyses of products. |
