An important reality of the large-scale retail trade has ordered Molino Pasini the supply of flours for the baker’s corners of several points of sale.

The requirements of the hypermarket chain were various. First of all, the quantity of bread sold daily was significantly large, which required the availability of large amounts of flour. Moreover, the chain requested Molino Pasini different typologies of flour in order to meet the different needs of department managers and, subsequently, customers. As far as logistics is concerned, the customer needed a product delivery service to be performed even two or three times a week, always on the day following the order.

In order to meet the company’s requirements, Molino Pasini’s technicians made an inspection of each point of sale and identified the most suitable flours to meet the qualitative needs of baker’s corners.
