We certify that inside our mill is applied the UE Reg. 852/2004 (HACCP) and the traceability system according to UE Reg. 178/2002
Since 1997 our company is certified according to the UNI ISO 9002 and nowadays according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
The application of the System procedures is finalized to verify the absence of contaminants and foreign matters.
• We do not purchase/mill/sell products derived from “GMO” wheats according to the UE Dir. 2001/18. All our suppliers are obliged to certify that all delivered raw materials are “OGM” Free. Regular analysis are made on the raw materials and on the final products.
• All “bulck” deliveries are made with “tanks” approved by the competent sanitary authority (ASL). For all deliveries in “bags” we only use bags made from “food use” paper.
• Our qualified staff is regularly trained about the hygienic and sanitary procedures
• Products traceability complies to our internal Procedure PG 7.5.3
